Before you can book any session, we would like to meet up with you. We believe in getting to know you first to understand your situation and specific goals, so we can tailor our sessions to your needs.

During our catch up, we'll go through an initial check-up and discuss everything we need to know. From here, we will begin our journey together, set your goals and create a fitness plan just for you.
Get started by booking an initial consultation/meet-up (45 mins/$40) and then enjoy your first two sessions for free!
By paying for the meet-up, you'll be making yourself accountable right from the start and setting yourself up for success.
